Patrick is the best! He acknowledges that what he’s doing may be a little uncomfortable at times; but work through it and the benefits will accumulate and lead to better posture and movement over time.
The whole staff here is wonderful! Mandy has worked miracles on me. I used to be in so much pain, daily, but that has subsided and I have much more mobility! With age, I lost 1-1/2" in height, but during my most recent physical, I learned I had actually regained it! I highly recommend Rolfing Associates!
