Our home had some water damage from the last big snow storm. This was our first time experiencing this type of disaster/damage. We were referred to RestorePro by a friend and they did a great job from mitigation to restoration. Chad Edwards was our project manager and he is great to work with. He made sure everything met our busy schedule and expectations. He would take my calls and answer my texts , even after his working hours. I really like his knowledge, working habits and just being a genuine person! Thank you Chad and Team!

Chad our project manager worked diligently to accommodate my husband and I after a tragic house fire. While there were some upsets that were outside of our and RestorePro’s control that set back repairs, Chad was more than happy to act on our behalf and communicate with those needing information or helping to provide information to help address the concerns. Overall , we are pleased with the results and the house looks brand new! We were even to find a balance in the budget for some upgrades.
