Website sucks. Inconsistent logins. Cannot message them. Also, chat is offline. Billing poorly connected to their own website. Their customer service number mentions the website as a way to send a message but it's just a popup which malfunctions. Billing extension only offers to let me leave a voicemail. Sucks.

Regional Home Care, they helped me so much when my sister was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's. They went so beyond the mean of service. I will never be able to thank them enough. The owner Marie helped me with everything I needed. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and professional. You could look at my sister, and know she was getting the best care. ?????
