However, there are concerns about inconsistent pricing and customer service. I had my small knotless braids done by Aya and they lasted for 3 months. The braids held up so well that I was tempted to keep them in longer. I went back to the shop to have them taken down. Nina, along with some other stylists took their time taking them down and made sure not to cut my actual hair. When they were done, Nina gave me a consultation on how to detangle each section when I got home. It worked and my hair is just as healthy and long as it was before my braids were done. Thank you Nina, Aya and the supportive stylists.
I cut my hair into a pixie and they were still able to grip my hair. I got waist length knotless , I’ve had them in for two months and my hair is still intact, no slipping or anything.
They do quality work but the inconsistency with pricing is an issue, especially since they expect you to pay upfront with cash. I believe they’ve recently started a card accepting process but you’re required to pay the $5 processing fee which is odd to me. They should sit down and develop a pricing chart so that everyone’s on the same page because the “quoting” over the phone that they do current is pointless. The customer service is questionable, they’re not the warmest establishment.Service: Braids
