I found this place thanks to a referral from a car friend. They fixed what was wrong with HIS Jeep, and they have converted MY Jeep (Wrongler JL) from a hard to steer bumper car to a real driver. And installed some excellent add-ons. The selling dealership could have cared less that I was having problems! I got treated like family, and was impressed by Rick. Melanie and their Jeep Wizard, Chuck. They take the time to get it right - and they are really efficient. They are not in my backyard, but definitely worth the drive. I will be visiting them in the future for more custom work. THEY ARE GOOD !!!
In July I was in the market for a new car. I thought I had found the one I was looking for at another dealership in Raleigh. Me being me, I wanted to my dad to have a look at what I was getting. Him and my mother stopped at the Alfa Romeo in Greensboro, to look at the same vehicle I was going to purchase. The sales manager, found one that had more options and upgrades, than the one I was looking at in Raleigh, and still in my budget. They were so great, letting me FaceTime with my parents, so I could look at the vehicle "in person". Where do I begin? Absolutely the best buying experience for any purchase I've ever made. Ken Murphy was my sales associate and was extremely relaxed and patient from the Wednesday we met to the next Wednesday when I made my selection and leased a brand new Alfa Romeo. The deal was easy, all the numbers from payment to rate to trade value were simple and easy, not the same experience I had at one of my more local Alfa dealers who couldn't even begin to come close to the deal Ken presented me. They had everything prepared ahead of time when I got there I was able to sign the paperwork and get in and out in less than 20 minutes.
