Nancy's Family Home Care Agency LLC is an excellent and professional company that provides a range of personalized care services, including Personal Care, Companion Care, Respite Care, Short-Term Care, 24-Hour Care, Alzheimer and Dementia, and Non-Medical Post Surgery Care. They accept Medicaid, Private Pay, CAP (Community Advantage Program), and referrals from DSS (Department of Social Service). The staff is consistently pleasant and attentive, ensuring that all clients' needs are met. Clients are very pleased with the outstanding services and the fabulous, caring owner.
Our family had an outstanding experience with this home care agency. Their caregivers were compassionate, professional, and truly treated our loved one like family. From the very beginning, the staff was attentive, responsive, and dedicated to making sure every need was met with care and dignity. The level of communication and reliability gave us peace of mind during a very important time. If I need anything she listens closely, gives her thoughts on increasing my care according to what I need in the future. She understands my autoimmune disease and when choosing a a person thats compatible and made sure that I was placed
according to my needs , making sure that I receive the best care possible because of the RA
