My son wants to start playing guitar and I was hoping to get something affordable. A friend of mine, who is a musician, recommended this store to purchase gently used instruments. We visited the website to see their inventory, and my son was interested in a couple. My friend played those guitars to test them and he approved! I got my son the guitar he wanted and surprised him on his birthday! I have the feeling we'll visit the store soon. Service was good and efficient. They also have a reasonable return policy.

Ordered an amp online to be shipped to Indianapolis. They shipped same day and I received it 2 days later. Excellent packing job, MUCH better than many manufacturers would do themselves. They called to confirm my address less than an hour after I placed the order. Great customer service.

Ive bought several items throughout the years. I was particularly impressed with a solid 2x10 bass cab priced at $100 that sounds like a million bucks. Recently, I bought an electronic drum kit (I’m a bass player trying to learn the drums), and not only was the price reasonable, but the dude with the ponytail and Northern accent couldn’t have been more helpful. He let me test the kit through the PA to check for sensitivity and dynamics, and then sent me home with the hex wrenches needed to put it all together when I got back home (after I disassembled the kit to fit into my car). He didn’t have to do any of that, and most music store guys aren’t that cool or accommodating....read full review
