(I will start off by saying every circumstance is different)This was my experienceBought an instrument (new, was NOT used) and had it for a couple of weeks before I actually got to play it for a good while. Immediately, I noticed something was wrong with it and then it just stopped working all together plus battery started getting hot. I called and told them what was going on with the bass and they told me to bring it up and they would take a look at it. A couple of day later, I received a call and they had figured out the problem and fixed it. Mind you, they coulda told me to kick rocks because I wasn’t their problem anymore… but they didn’t and did a great job...read full review

Music Go Round is the place I go to with eagerness, I can't wait to see what I am going to find. The great prices on used cymbals, drums and Percussion hardware is out of this world. The staff is friendly but don't bother you while you're checking out the gear. Awesome place to shop. Keep up the great work.

My son wants to start playing guitar and I was hoping to get something affordable. A friend of mine, who is a musician, recommended this store to purchase gently used instruments. We visited the website to see their inventory, and my son was interested in a couple. My friend played those guitars to test them and he approved! I got my son the guitar he wanted and surprised him on his birthday! I have the feeling we'll visit the store soon. Service was good and efficient. They also have a reasonable return policy.
