Yesterday, I called various printer repair companies who had more than 4 star ratings and when speaking with them. None of them could assist me. None had a technician that could respond to a single question. That my only option was to pay a high rate for the technician to come to my place of business.Laser Consultants took my call, understood what I needed help with and offered options. To remark, he is a dying breed of printer repair technician that knows their stuff, that bills a reasonable rate, and seems to have a honest business. I was about to give up on finding a technician until I spoke with Laser Consultants. Highly recommend!!!

I used to live in Greensboro, but moved to Indiana a few years ago. Our church was needing a specialty printer and immediately I thought of Mark Ridge of LaserConsultants who I had worked with in the past. I bought a Wide format printer from him and toner cartridges he recommended. This was about 6 months ago. Wow! I am so impressed with both the printer which I bought refurbished, and have not had a single problem with the toner cartridges, a compatible brand. They are as good as the high priced ones sold by the printer manufacturer. I am so glad, and our church leaders have expressed a real cost savings. Working with Mark and Michelle has been so easy. I highly recommend talking to them if you are ever thinking about purchasing a printer - or if you need ink or toner supplies! They are the best in the business!
