Ed Drew is an excellent family counselor. He made our family feel at home. He was a very friendly, patient and experience counselor to work with. He showed concerns about helping our family to locate a burial for our brother. He appear to be someone that love and enjoy where he works at and it was just a friendly home environment for us. He made us feel like he was a part of our family during the time at we were there. The love and care that he showed us helped us keep our mind off our grieving in turns enable us to take care of the business at hand. We made arrangements to remain graveside for the interment process as part of our commital gathering and, notably, the cemetery grounds crew was exemplary in handling this process. The three-person team laid our loved one to rest with the utmost dignity, precision, and respect on a very hot day while our family members stood by. The care and formality that the crew demonstrated helped bring comfort to us during a very difficult time and they should each be commended and recognized for their service to us.
