I couldn't recommend this place more! I have had such a wonderful experience the past two times. The professional of the staff is what every company needs. The rooms as aesthetically pleasing and relaxing.I got a massage by Jo, I explained my areas that were bothering me and she ensure the pressure was good. After my first massage I decided to get a year membership that they have. Best decision I could have made for my body and mind. Definitely check this place out and ask for Jo!! Also forgot to mention their booking process is easy, you can call or book online! Finally, they accept HSA!!

Best in the Triad!!! I have been going to Kneaded Energy for the last 3 years and they NEVER disappoint. I was in need of an emergency massage therapy session and I have to say....BEST one yet!!! Deja worked her magic hands and I walked out of there SO RELAXED & REJUVENATED!!! Thank you, Deja, I will see you again soon. Also, thank you Kneaded Energy Team. Everyone there is GREAT!!! I give them 5 stars. If you have not gone yet, GO!!!

Best massage place in Greensboro for sure. They are always able to accommodate me in mornings when I call same day which is super helpful and rare to find other places, and while I’ve only been there so far a handful of times, every massage therapist I’ve seen has been wonderful. Pleasant environment in rooms and they include choice of essential oil placed under headrest which is a nice addition (at no extra cost.) Can’t wait to go back! :)
