In my experience, Lance and the team have been very helpful when I need something at the property. They even helped promote my new restaurant and bring people in for grand opening. Lance says it how it is and does his job well, making sure that people are fair and respectful to one another, suggesting we communicate with our neighbors and help each other‘s businesses.
