Selling your home to an investment group can be a scary situation. But with this group I never had a scary moment. From the first time I meet them, they always had a smile on their face. Always ready to answer any questions I had. And most importantly they always answered every one of my phone calls. They made my whole family feel like a part of theirs. After we closed on the Sale of my house they even showed up and helped us load everything on the u-haul because they knew we really need the help with the heavy lifting. I have never in my life worked with such an incredible team. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable. Kathy working the phones, Jonathan teaching about the selling process, Daisy sending me email reminders, and Austin closing the deal. Greg is the foundation and is such a fierce leader of this team. They are a blessing to work with. Thank you Joe Homebuyer for this community of helpers who thrive in tough situations.
