Don’s company recently completed our two-car detached garage with an upstairs living area in May 2022. Don personally designed our garage based on our preferences and our existing home/lot layout. The quality and craftsmanship were exactly what we were hoping for. Don and his subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish and I highly recommend Iron Nails building if you are considering building a detached garage!

I can't speak highly enough about Don and Iron Nail. It took almost 9 months before I was ready to build and Don never pressured me once. We went though numerous changes to the plans and Don was extremely helpful every step of the way. I could write a dissertation on how awesome, Don, is, but suffice it to say, if you're looking for a builder, look no further than Don @ Iron Nail. You won't be disappointed.
