I got my hair cut and shampooed by Jessica yesterday, she did such an amazing job! The environment was so welcoming and relaxed. I recommended supporting this small business 100%! Prices are good and owners are literally so sweet and friendly. Will definitely be going for all my hair needs in the future. Contrary to what Yelp says, this establishment is NOT closed. In November they moved to a new location at 203 Southside Square. I've tried to make the edit to the business information, but it didn't take for whatever reason. Please send help, Erik! After randomly discovering my current hair stylist Krista at a different salon in High Point, I've been following her around ever since as she has moved salons a few times. It seems that she has finally found her home in Indi Root Hair Co! I must say I'm a big fan of the new location! It's very clean, bright and decorated in such a cute way. Although it's a little smaller than their last location, I appreciate that I don't have to go up and down creaky stairs to get my hair washed. Krista is super personable and easy to work with. I'm a bad client because I never put much thought into what I would like done with my hair ahead of time; however, Krista always helps guide me towards something that I end up loving! Most recently I decided to tone my hair to a darker shade for the winter. Krista helped me find a color that she thought would compliment my skin tone well, and I think she did a great job! I definitely received tons of compliments! In addition she trimmed up my ends and gave me some nice face framing strands in the front. I would also like to give an honorable mention to Krista's magic fingers! She gives a great scalp massage if you do a wash with your cut. Krista also offers yummy beverages to enjoy while you get your services done. She convinced me to try one of her chai latte K-cups which was good and seasonally appropriate. I only drank about half because I had a late appointment at 6pm and didn't want to be up all night. With a cut, color, wash and blow dry it only cost $160, which I find to be pretty reasonable. Looking forward to returning in the next few months for a spring refresh!
