I am absolutely thrilled with David and I’m Your Mechanic!!! Yesterday my check engine light started flashing along with the car shaking when accelerating. I got Advanced Auto to read the code which was a misfire on cylinder 4. I did some research on mobile mechanics and found that I’m Your Mechanic had great reviews on multiple sites.
I called at 8:00AM and David’s wife said that David could come by at around 11:30 today and that she would text when he was on his way. Fantastic service from start to finish. My daughter's car was in Greensboro when it had an issue 1500+ miles away from home. I'm Your Mechanic was able to diagnose the vehicle very quickly and make the repair within our time constraints. In addition, he communicated with me the entire time back home. We were in a bad situation where we could have been taken advantage of and I'm Your Mechanic not only got her back on the road, but did it at a reasonable price, and without pushing extra unnecessary repairs. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.
I absolutely adore David!! He is amazing!! Communication was on point, I do not know A THING about cars and he explained everything to me in a way I would understand. He was very punctual. He listened when I explained my situation and showed compassion. By far THE BEST mechanic I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be in contact with him for future repairs needed! Highly recommend!!!!
