I honestly really don’t know why these reviews are so negative! He was very nice and he did what he was supposed to do pretty fast (depends on what service you are asking for) overall he’s definitely a hard worker, cut people some slack. Looked like he had been working for hours and was really tired. If you are looking for a reason to choose this place I highly recommend!

Before Higgins I had called several locksmiths that said that they were open 24 hours. None of them answered. Higgins did. A lock on the front door of my condo unit had gotten so bad I was barely able to gain entry after work . The repairman showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed/ fixed the problem quickly and efficiently even explaining the problem to me. The rate was also less than half of what another locksmith had charged me to fix a similar lock on a patio door . Called this guy up today and he came really quick and fixed the problem in like 5 mins. He was also my lowest quote- not by much but still, he did a great job for a good price! Thank you!!
