If you are looking for a company that is totally out to make a dollar and not focus on patient care, then this is the company for you. We used this company for my father for nearly 9 months, paid thousands of dollars for care, and Daddy passed away 2 weeks ago, and have we heard one word out of them since, absolutely not. They talk a big talk when you hire them, but this company’s administration has not offered one word of consolation to our family. Their caregivers are wonderful when they finally find the right fit, and the caregivers have reached out, and we love Renee and Cheryl dearly. They went above and beyond to help Daddy. It’s no wonder so many of the caregivers leave the company, especially if they are shown the same regard as families that are grieving and have relied on this company for so much. Glad you got paid, Bruce. You should use this as a learning lesson for compassion. Families are desperate when they reach out to hire a caregiver. If you want to be an outstanding agency, you need to step up your game and actually have a heart.
