I’ve been coming to Great Clips at North Elm Village since moving back to Greensboro 3 years ago, and really lucked out when I got Kenyatta to do my cuts. I was so pleased the first time that I request her every time now, and will even work around her schedule to make sure she’s there. She is patient, meticulous, and careful - all while making it appear effortless! She’s also a great manager, and it is obvious she really cares about people, both her clients and the other stylists in the shop. I highly recommend this Great Clips, and especially Kenyatta!
This was my first experience at the Great Clips at Pisgah Church Rd. and I was very pleased. Upon entering, the shop is immaculate and organized and I was immediately greeted by several staff. The manager, Kenyata, took me as a client and handled me with a true spirit of excellence. She shampoos with a gentle touch, and she is a great conversationalist, not overly so, but still communicates and is friendly. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge about my hair and scalp. The shop worked “like clockwork” while I was there, and I will gladly come back for a service to see Kenyata or any of her staff.
Excellent experience very convenient! Cut was perfect for me and Chrissy explained very clearly how I can better style it! I will be a repeat customer!
