Scott did a 1 year warranty inspection on my home. He was very thorough, listened to my insights on the home after living here, was eager to receive the initial inspection, blue tape walk through, and photos of issues I have noticed. After the inspection, he took time to explain his findings outside of what I already knew about my home. Solid inspector! If you are like me and found him on reddit, go ahead and call/text him. Fast response time and you will not regret contacting him. He is also very fairly/competitively priced.
