Mike at Go Forth Wilmington is very responsive. I get pest control for my vacation rental so it’s very important for my business to be pest free. If any activity is seen, technicians go out the same or very next day of request and hit areas of concern. There technology is up to date so get text and can see when my technician arrives. Everyone in the company I have spoken to, it has been a pleasant experience.

This review is not for the company, which sent an incompetent person to my home to take care of a wasp infestation which was three feet away from the area we showed him right on the back of the deck. This resulted in my husband taking a severe fall when later once again being attacked by a wasp). The company stonewalled me when I called to tell them what happened. This five star review, then, is for Mattie Chapman, who was the SINGLE individual at the company who treated me with kindness and respect. She is golden.
