I was a walk in today and I was in with the doctor within 10-15 minutes of being here! Yeiri saved me $50 that fox eye care at friendly wrongfully charged me and she called them on my behalf and got it waived! The staff is phenomenal here at the mall! Jeff at LensCrafters across the hall got me right with some glasses and sunglasses and savings! Completely satisfied with my visit! Tianna was wonderful in getting my insurance processed and getting me checked in and out! Will definitely be coming back here!
My visit on 2/14/2024 was the best I have had so far the Dr spent extra time trying to figure out what was wrong with my eyes and told me information that wasn’t relayed to me in my last visit.
Good price and helpful nice employees, the actual dr didn’t come off too personable at first. But she was probably just a little burnt out for the day because after some basic conversation she was very nice!
