My family has been going here for about 20 years and we’ve all gone separately and have come to the conclusion that this office is not as transparent as they should be when it comes to what’s covered in your appt. Both my sister and I were charged for glasses AND a contact fitting when our insurance covers one or the other per year. We were very clear that we wanted to do what was covered by insurance and they deceived us by saying that it would be helpful to do the fitting in case we need to order contacts. The people are great. The time between initial hold time is way too long and the Muzak is so horrible that it can make your head hurt. My major complaint is the amount of time I have to wait on hold combined with the horrible Muzak. More receptionists and less hold time.
I’ve been coming here for years. Fantastic customer service! If you are looking for stylish and affordable frames this is place to go! Ask for Journey when you start shopping for the perfect frames. She’s super knowledgeable and a ball of enthusiasm. 10/10 shopping experience!
