About Cone Health Crossroads Psychiatric Group
Based on patient reviews, Cone Health Crossroads Psychiatric Group is a place where patients feel welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in. The environment is calm and inviting. The clinicians, including Lovepriya Suthaharan, PA-C and Dr. Carey Cottle, are described as kind, compassionate, patient, attentive, and caring. They listen without rushing, explain everything clearly, and keep up with patients’ life events, making it apparent they care. Patients have experienced significant personal growth and felt like they could hold their life together after a long time. The front desk staff are absolutely amazing, extremely kind, caring, and always smiling. Beth in billing/insurance is very knowledgeable and helpful. One reviewer noted that a different provider, Gary Shugart, PA, was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, which was a negative experience for someone needing reassurance. Overall, the practice has many wonderful and hardworking people, and for those considering therapy, this is a place where healing really happens.
Crossroads came highly recommended from my medical team and I’m glad I made the call. The front staff is very welcoming and makes me feel seen. My experience with Priya has been better than any I could ask for. Her holistic approach has helped me pair medicinal solutions with lifestyle changes and mindset shifts, which brings clarity and hopefulness to mental health status. I truly appreciate Priya and the way she meshes passion and professionalism. Would HIGHLY recommend her services and Crossroads in general.
I have been seeing Dr. Love, as I call her . Because I feel the love. Like she really gets me. I have only seen her twice now and can really feel a difference. Priya listens to me. Priya not only listens, SHE HEARS ME. This I appreciate. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Pryia, because what she has done for me in the 1st Five weeks let's me know that she cares about my treatment, SHE CARES ABOUT WHAT HELPS ME. SHE CARES ABOUT ME. And that's what MATTERS MOST. Thanks Priya. I appreciate you. Tina Melton
While our society has made progress in the way mental issues are viewed and treated, it is unfortunate that our overall approach is still somewhat dysfunctional in some ways. After a long search for help with my ADD, I was fortunate to meet Lovepriya Sutharahan. Her caring and compassionate manner have proven to be very helpful, and I really appreciate her approach to viewing medicines as merely tools to help one develop effective coping skills and behavioral changes. The work necessary for change is hard, but worth the reward. For anyone searching for a helping hand up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Priya very highly.
