The BEST customer service from Greg from the minute I entered the store. My neighbor encouraged me, based on her expert experience with the company for years, to use them. I wasn’t sure but owed it to myself to check them out and get quote. I learned more in 15 min about the product I should use than I did after 2 other quotes and in home visits from other flooring companies. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! What a great team, quick, complete, and professional. I had made errors in ordering and they were able to address, fix, and still get a ‘Magazine’ quality finish at the time promised. Would recommend this team- Greg, manager, and Jesus, the installer, to anyone wanting to put a smile on their face! Thanks guys

We can’t say enough about Greg and the Carpets by Direct team. Greg was the best salesman, but he listened and was consultative, and had great ideas. We were flooring a home built in 1970 that had five different types of flooring. Greg helped us with a waterproof laminate that was extremely high quality, but allowed the house to retain its classic character. The price was fantastic, so we were excited about the project.
