I had been having pain in my right hip for a couple years, which is concerning for a 33 year old. I visited Amy at BodyEnergetiX and recieved 5 hours of body work over 2 days, stretches and was taught a new way to treat my body. I learned I had developed bad habits where I would lean into my hip when standing and sitting. I didn't even know! Since my visit with the help of daily stretching I have much more mobility with my hips and the pain has gone away. Can't wait to take them for a spin on the dance floor. Thanks Amy!
