I found out about Sharon & Back in Balance GSO when looking online after being unable to book an appointment at the resort I was staying at. Even though she was my back-up choice she truly should have been my first. Sharon did a fantastic job for my girlfriend and I. I can't complain about a single aspect of my visit. Sharon & Karla were both such wonderful people and they provided a great atmosphere and service. The experience was pleasant, relaxing, and felt well worth the money. Sharon was even helpful enough to provide a few dinner recommendations for my which turned out to be perfect choices as well.

Sharon was my massage therapist, and I haven't had a massage that good or intuitive in months, if not years! I had an area with a current injury and one that was recently healed as well as general tightness overall, and she addressed all of them with expert attention. She checked in with me about the amount of pressure she used, and she found that elusive sweet spot of deep enough where the knots melted but not so hard that I was having to work through pain and actively try to relax. Melissa is so amazing! I got the deep tissue and man she really worked out those knots and areas that were hurting. I highly recommend coming here and definitely just tell Melissa where your hurting or what needs done, even if you just need to relieve some stress!
