Master Allen is an extremely wise and kind instructor. He has a can do attitude and expects that all of his students can and will achieve to be a black belt leader. The instructors work well with students of all ages, but expect you to sweat when you come into class. They teach you more than just a bunch of punches and kicks, they also focus on giving respect, having integrity, and building confidence. I have trained here for over 10 years, and I wouldn't want to have trained anywhere else.
