My PRT was so help she was so polite she spoke with me on how to use my CPAP with great detail I was so happy I was able to go home and plug it in with great ease Ms Elyse I thank u for being so helpful and taking your time with me .

Incredible experience! Upon entering the facility i was welcomed by Danielle, who has such a welcoming and contagious personality, with a tremendous sense of humor!
Elyse was my RTT and she was phenomenal. She answered every question I had, in an easy way for me to understand and make me feel comfortable. Nobody is excited about getting excited about getting a CPAP, but Elyse really made this feel like an exciting adventure!
I can't speak highly enough about both Danielle and Elyse.

Daryl Moore was wonderful to us while setting up my husband for his CPAP. My husband is blind and he was patient and helped him by placing his hands on each part of the machine, tubing and masks explaining everything about each component and how it works. He was very kind and his demeanor and patience was so appreciated. 5 stars!!
