I was having trouble asking questions about supplies and was getting very frustrated. One call to the right person changed this review from a 1-star complaint to a 5-star compliment. Parris in the Greensboro location was so professional, competent, and kind, it made a difference for me as a customer. When you are short-staffed, busy, and a full schedule, great, well-trained people (like Parris) are essential to fill the gap and problem-solve. Thank you.

Met with Daryl for my Cpap machine, extremely informal with any questions though I didn't really have any after he went through and explained everything with the machine. As well was very personable which was nice
