I have been coming here since 2019. I’ve had encounters of been yelled at. I’ve had some good encounters as well. Today I was treated like I did something to them. Today was the last straw! This really hurt my spirit today and I’ll never forget it. However, I watched them bow their heads and give amazing service to the yts. Keep in mind they spent less. Towards the end when it was time to do tips I was like just go ahead and do the top coat so I can go, the tech said oh thank God. The women in there are really rude; they like to man handle you and don’t know how to follow directions. The manager isn’t any better she’s a mess right alone with them. I went there today and wanted my nails removed and had the worse experience ever. I will never go back again; then on top of that I paid $15 for a service and she didn’t even get all the acrylic off my finger nail!! And she cut one of my nails AFTER I SAID NOT TOO because it was gonna take to long for her liking. I would recommend ANYONE to go for ANY SERVICE what so ever! GO ANYWHERE ELSE I’m sure you’ll have better experience and talent!

Reviews are posted for a reason, please be very cautious entering this facility for services especially near your facial area. I was very unpleased with the eyelash extensions I received on 3/8/25. It was a last minute option for I needed my lashes done for an out of town event. At first I was okay with it, then I noticed they were too long and didn't fit my face. I requested short lashes when asked. My other half and his daughter noticed they were not done right and this was embarrassing.
