Thornton's Heating and Air was professional, easy to work with, and consistently went above and beyond. They had maintained my 20-year-old unit for the past couple of years, and when it was finally time to replace it, they made the process of purchasing and installing a new unit incredibly smooth. Their communication, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

My HVAC unit stopped working on the night of 1/16 and the service tech was out early this next morning. He clearly showed me the holes in the heat exchanger and I was told they needed to turn the gas off for my safety. They were prompt getting me a quote for a new unit and the unit was installed 2 days after I received the quote. The office ladies were so kind and professional as well as the installers. I would highly recommend Thornton's to anyone in need of repairing or replacing their HVAC unit as I have used this company for years!!
