“I waited to post this until the soreness wore off so I could really see if it helped. I saw Jeff on Saturday 9/27/25 to have my calf dry needled. I’ve been dealing with DAILY achilles tendinitis and constant strain and pressure in the top of my foot, knee and hip. Being on my feet all day as a massage therapist hasn’t helped with that. I’ve stretched, rolled, cupped, gua sha’d, and used a TENs unit. If you’ve been putting off getting dry needled, just DO IT.
