I contacted Last Call this morning (Saturday) because I was not getting any heat from my HVAC system. I got a call back right away and an appointment for the same day. The technician, Chris, was on time and went right to work to diagnose the problem. I really thought he was going to push me to replace my system since it is pretty old, but instead he said it was actually still in good shape. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He spent a fair amount of time ensuring everything was as good as possible. The final bill for the work was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling them back if I have other issues.

Last Call really is just that. We used them for new installation of a furnace and A/C unit as well as maintenance and repairs. Their response time, attention to detail and honesty is hard to find in the HVAC industry. They sent out the same technician who did the install. After three visits, some at little to no cost, Nick was able to diagnose the reason our A/C unit was cutting off (a poor electrical connection). It’s an older unit and most companies would have just given up on diagnostics and told us to replace it. Fortunately now we have some time to budget for a new system down the road a piece.

Absolutely the best service I’ve seen in a very long time. My heat went out the morning of Christmas Eve. I called and they were here within the hour. Very polite and knowledgeable. Quick repairs and provided guidance on how to prevent issues in the future. Weekend and a holiday and I felt that the cost was extremely fair.
