From start to finish, KEMCO of Burlington provided a professional and seamless installation of my new HVAC unit. Every person with whom I communicated was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and articulate. Spence went out of his way to provide a transparent and itemized estimate for me. Shane followed up with me just prior to installation day. And the installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in far less time than I thought they would be here.
