Heavenly Nails is a small, clean salon known for its relaxing and thorough pedicure experience. Customers often describe it as the best pedicure they have received, praising the staff for being stellar and the overall experience as magical and relaxing. The salon has two skilled nail technicians who do great work with great products and amazing execution. Appointments are taken seriously, ensuring clients are seated at their scheduled time, and there are many color choices available. However, some customers feel the pricing has increased without additional benefits, and they wish more attention was given to customer care, such as offering hot stones, hot towels, or lotion after services. Overall, Heavenly Nails is appreciated for its quality work and skilled staff, despite some concerns about pricing and amenities.
Heavenly Nails, Tina just up'd her prices $5.00 per any service you request. For my extra $10.00 Mani-Pedi I didn't get a thing. She never has the color SNS I want so I have to settle for something else, for this she should charge another $5.00? I don't think so. Of course I can also supply my own materials . No hot stones here, not even a hot towel, and when they're done with your nails there's no cuticle oil or lotion applied to your hands. If you raise you're prices you need to offer your customers something for their money. The work is good the customer care sucks.
The atmosphere is peaceful and friendly. This is appointment only and my pedicure was prompt and professional. Theresa was very friendly and enjoyed talking to me.
Best pedicure I ever received & the staff are stellar; the salon is clean & the entire experience is magical because it's relaxing, thorough & just an amazing company of people. AMAZING
