Im editing my review because Nanci, the owner, reached out and redid my manicure. She did an amazing job and was very gentle with the injuried fingers. Thanks, Nanci, for the awesome service!!I've typically had good experiences at Village Nail Spa, but the last manicure I got was a horrible experience. The lady doing it cut 4 of my fingers, 1 really bad, and then when I got home, I noticed that several of my nails didn't have full/even coverage.

Ms. Laura did my nails. She took her time and checked in with me after shaping them to make sure it was to my liking. After she did my nails, I had went outside and noticed the polish had bunched up in some places. She was on her break when I let her know. I told her I could come back later when she was done eating to get them fixed. She insisted to fix them for me right then and there. She had a great attitude and did not mind fixing them for me. They look great and she had a positive attitude the entire time. I got nothing but positive vibes from her and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!! ?Services: Gel manicures

I want to give Tia 5 stars. She was so friendly, gentle, and very talented. Since our move to the area 6 months ago, I have been to many salons in the Goldsboro/Wilson area and have been so disappointed in their staff's skill and customer service. I am elated to have found Tia at this convenient, affordable, very clean salon. I have already booked #2! Thank you, Village Nail Spa, JanaG
