Chip is amazing! Took in my practically brand new laptop with maybe 6 hours of use time that just completely stop working! Well let's just say Chip to the rescue! Chip is AMAZING!!! He a sweet outgoing guy who knows what he’s talking about. I’ve taken my custom built PC to, and for, 2 different repairs. Their turn around times were 3-4 weeks. BUT CHIP!!!!! Chip got my computer back up and running in less than a week! I seriously seriously recommend going to chip for all your computer needs. Definitely will be back for any more problems I may run into.

Chip @ Sounds Computers ( 1206 N Berkeley Blvd # F, ) was informative and friendly. He wasn't about nickel and dime'ing but about giving sound advice and suggestion to make the most of my computer's final days even if he didn't make a lot of money on it. His recommendation was to replace vs repair. And NO he wasn't trying to sell me a computer. He even told me which stores in the area I could go and which had the best warranties on new computers. He also offered to answer questions about which computer I needed to buy.
