For 5 years I have been dealing with sewage backing up. I have had the septic tank pumped several times and the drains cleaned out. Nobody SOLVED the problem. Each company came out and serviced the house and said to call them when the problems happen again. They were satisfied with returning time and time again to cash in on my problems. I called Quality Plumbing and they cleared out the clog and diagnosed the cause of the problem. They isolated the problem to a 50 year old pitted cast iron pipe. This company had a technician available when the other companies told me it would be one and two weeks before they could send someone out. They fixed the problem and even though the problem had multiple issues they called and explained before they proceeded and completed the job with a VERY reasonable price. I will be using Quality Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.
