Today was our first service call with DELCOR for our AC/Heat pumps. Thomas was our technician and was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with the questions we had. Kudos for great customer service Thomas!!

He was diligent in explaining everything to me and was key to my decision to stay with Delcor Inc for my HVAC needs when it came time for a replacement. Like Victor and Nicolas, he is a valuable asset to your company, but I guess you already knew that about Chad.
