Always use this cleaners but I carried my daughters brides maid dress here and was told they could alter it. Only to wait two weeks to find out no they couldn’t and I didn’t even receive a phone call. My husband went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it when they Finally found the dress it was a bit disappointing they never called now I have a weeding in three weeks and I have to find somewhere else to get the dress altered. A little communication would have been nice.

This is a good place to go if you don't have a solid time stamp you'll need your items back by. My wedding dress cost 125 to clean. And took about 4 days to get done. I didn't have a time i needed it back by so this was fine. The two people i spoke with were very kind and helpful.
The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because (though lighter than before) there was still makeup around the collar of the dress.
