I had bought my mom an Easter dress but she couldn't wear it because it was too long. I brought it here to have it hemmed up, they told me it could be as much as 2 weeks before it would be ready for pick up. That has been nearly 4 months ago and we have not been notified, as of yet, of it being ready and I can't get them on the phone. Im just wondering what in tarnation is going on? You can rest assured that I WONT be using this facility ever again!!

Dropped off 4 sets of curtains for dry cleaning, 3 of the sets are dry clean only. I spent a lot of money when I got these curtains just a couple of years ago. When I picked them up on Wednesday the 13th of July, 3 of the 4 sets are completely destroyed. They said the backs peeled off of one set, and even though I was upset about it I said it was ok.. they said it was “due to storage and that they were old” but this is not true… It also wasn’t just one set it was 3 sets and it was the better curtains.
