New York Nails has a loyal following, with some customers returning for years. While some staff, like Lena, Kevin, and Nancy, provide excellent service, others, like Tony, may not meet expectations. The salon goes above and beyond, even offering extra assistance to elderly clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Do not care for Tony, he want to do what he want not what he wants. He cuts my cuticles you jump do not say I'm sorry or anything. Kevin and Nancy are good.
I went for a pedicure and the older gentleman did a great job. I had in a skirt and he placed a towel in my lap. He even stood up several times to ensure he couldn't anything out of respect. 10/10 on overall service.
Always get my feet done and they do a very good job
