I have had nothing but great experiences with not only Blake from the Mount Olive location but now Daniel from the Goldsboro location. I placed an order through Blake recently and given the timing of my truck coming through the area to pick it up, the order was delivered to Goldsboro. My driver accidentally went to the incorrect location late in the day so I called Goldsboro and spoke with Daniel, explaining my situation. Despite the fact the it was literally closing time, he took the time to go look in the warehouse for my order, locate it, and placed it in a location for my driver to collect shortly thereafter. Fast unloading. !!! I brought in a load of OSB. Travis met me at the gate. He was very helpful, he looked at the paperwork and had me follow him to the unloading area. Then he told me where the restroom was in case I needed it. After I was done untarping he was joined by another forklift operator and they both had me unloaded in record time. I would say 8-9 minutes. Then Travis showed me the best way to get turned around and exit the premises. All together in and out in under 30 minutes. This is by far one the best receivers out there. I would love to deliver a load there every single day if I could. Thanks for the good work.

Everyone was super helpful, from Eddie at the front desk to the guys helping you in the back. Malik was nice and super helpful even with all my dumb questions. When I come back I’ll be looking for them both if I have questions.
