We contacted them on Monday and they were able to get us in the very next day. We had a few pet stains from our two small dogs and some marker stains from our kids. The other company I contacted about potentially cleaning our carpets told us each of those would be extra and they would have to come look at our house before even providing an estimate. While we didn’t think coming to look before giving us an estimate was unreasonable, Fibercare gave us the estimate over the phone and were right on the money with their estimate.
