I am in the computer business so I do not use them a lot. But sometimes I have a computer to repair and I might not have the part and they are my go to place. So even as a competitor they help me out a lot when I need them. Have always had great customer service and always friendly

love this place had my computer sent in to get cleaned up ended up getting a solid state drive and a few other things the customer service is great they have very nice employees and the return time was amazing considering it was shipped to San Diego where i'm currently stationed i will use them again next time i do anything with my computer thanks for the great service guys

Since the new management took over this place is becoming my go to shop. I work on friends and family pc's and needed some screws the other day for a motherboard swap. Hooked me up at no charge. I picked up a WiFi adapter while I was there. Normally leaving a shop like "Eclipse Computers", I'll check the price and would find the same item half price or better online. These guys are just a little higher but the service makes it worth it. And saves waiting on shipping
