I received my first reflexology appointment in July. Barbara was so amazing. She was trauma focused and I really felt nurtured and safe in her space. I felt so much lighter, calm, and content afterwards. I plan to go back to her when I am back in town!

Just wonderful. The sound baths are so healing and relaxing, you are floating on a cloud. I have used the reflexology treatments for relief after being on my feet all day. It helps relax your whole body. I would recommend this business for anyone looking for relaxation and easing of pain.

I wanted to share my attempt at capturing what I experienced during a group sound bath session.
As I lay in a room full of strangers not knowing what to expect but open to receiving healing, I closed my eyes as the tones started playing. i could feel a dance between Barbra and Becca. As their wildly contrasting energies seem to have found a balance over the years of knowing one another. It seemed to me as if they almost became the chimes themselves.
