I wanted to share my attempt at capturing what I experienced during a group sound bath session. As I lay in a room full of strangers not knowing what to expect but open to receiving healing, I closed my eyes as the tones started playing. i could feel a dance between Barbra and Becca. As their wildly contrasting energies seem to have found a balance over the years of knowing one another. It seemed to me as if they almost became the chimes themselves. The very act of their energetic collisions created this ripple effect of harmony and pure acceptance. I could feel their hearts and their pain. I felt their determination in bringing this energy into the world. This love, they just exuded it. The whole time pouring this unconditional love on everyone in the room. To be able to experience a moment of such bliss, meaning, and depth while just lying on a mat was cherished.

I love the Sound Bath. I was so relaxed during the session. My body was totally in tune to the tones and knew when it was almost over. I would suggest it to anyone that has stress in their lives. You will be totally relaxed when you leave.

I had my second sessions with Barbara today and it was every bit of amazing!!!! I was so relaxed and able to enjoy the feeling of anxiety/tension leave my body. I am on medication for anxiety but since starting my reflexology session I have been able to Wean myself off my anxiety medication. This was truly the best decision ever!!!!! You definitely will find a very clean and neat environment with an inviting atmosphere for relaxation .
