“My dog has pretty bad anxiety, so I was nervous about trying a new groomer. Amber did an amazing job and made his first visit such a great experience! We chose the in-and-out service, which really helped minimize his stress, and he did so well. Amber was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. “My dog got sprayed by a skunk, and my first thought was, oh my goodness, this smell is never coming out! ?
My husband called, and they immediately told us they could help—no problem at all. They got us in the same day, gave him multiple baths, and even managed to trim his nails (which I’ve never been able to do… I guess my dog knows he can get away with more with me ?).
They had him ready in just a few hours, and the smell is barely there now! This was actually his first time ever being groomed, so my anxiety was through the roof. I even called to check on him, and they were so kind and gave me updates without hesitation.

“My dogs got too rough playing ball and one of them needed stitches. I called my vet and they couldn't fit her in! Makes me so mad when they make you establish them as your vet and then they don't see you in an emergency. I called Salisbury Animal Hospital at 4:50 and they said bring her in, we have a surgeon who can stitch her now. When I showed up they were caring and added some Humor to the situation to help me feel better. Not having to make an appointment to me is genius when you have a great staff like they do. Thank you for fixing my Tippy and making me feel like more than a dollar sign.“
