I was halfway to Glenville from out of town when an issue with my housing came up and I couldn't keep my cat with me. I called here and they were able to fit her in! I was happy to see she wouldn't be kept in a small kennel but had a little more room to spread out. I was able to put her things with her (scratching post, toys, my jacket) and leave her food to eat. They provided the water, litter box and litter, and the tent/hutch at the top where she ended up sleeping with my jacket. McKayla was great! She took detailed notes about my cat's needs, and later opened the treats to give which I had said would be great if she had the time.... read full review

Lovely staff and environment! My mom's cat, Millie, was well taken care of. Would return Millie if needed in the future and any other pets that may be acquired. Thanks so much for all the love and care
